The last couple of days around here have been so gray and rainy that I've hardly left home - it's been all cozy and lovely staying in, and I've had quite a lot to get done around the house. This morning, though, I escaped for a few hours to visit my friend Leacey who recently had a gorgeous baby boy named Henry. Leacey lives in an amazing log cabin in the woods, but prior to today, I'd never been there during daylight hours. Lucky for me, I brought my camera - it would've been a shame to miss both the beautiful drive there and the lovely window light from the overcast skies... not to mention Henry's gorgeous hair!

Leacey: I'm so glad you're a mom... you make such an amazing one. Thanks again for the coffee, the conversation, and the sweet Henry cuddles :D
